Hi Rusty,
I did have a great summer. Living 30 minutes from Glacier National Park almost insures a great summer if you like to hike, kayak and bike!! My class is loving the morning videos. They really set a positive tone for our whole day. They fit perfectly with our Olweus Bully program and I am so thankful to have them to refer to through out the day. Way to go!!!

Hello Rusty!
Yes, I had a great summer..went fast as always, but I am ready to start with my new batch of 4th graders on Tuesday, Sept. 7, and I plan to share your wonderful words of wisdom as a part of our daily routine, just like last year. I have to say that I really appreciated your little videos, especially the ones regarding problem solving/bullying. I had a situation last year in which a student felt bullied, but upon investigation, the incidents had been very minor and he made things escalate with how he reacted. That same day, your advice was about knowing when to walk away and to CHOOSE not to make a minor situation into a major one. We watched it twice in a row and had a very good discussion. After that we watched every day, and the students really looked forward to it. We would love to get a "shout out" sometime too if you could work us in! I have recommended your website to the other schools in New Prague (we have 3 elementary schools in our district), so you have a growing number of MN fans. Keep up the great work. We look forward to hearing from you again!

I started using your elementary videos last week and I want you to know how much my students anticipate your message each morning. They really enjoy and seem to absorb what you have to say. It has been a great way for us to set the tone for each day. We are using your daily toolbox question as our journal entry each morning as well! I am so glad I happened upon your site and look forward to what you have to offer for the rest of the year! Thanks for the daily inspirations!
